2U Hybrid Edge and CDN Platform
The Viking Enterprise Solutions (VES) NDS2402 is an AMD EPYC™ (up to 64-core, 225W TDP) based system which offers up to 24, 3.5” spinning drives and eight PCIe Gen 3 or PCIe Gen 4 U.2 NVMe SSDs.
It is designed to fit in a 2 post or 4 post rack, it can be deployed at edge points of the network for minimizing network load. The system operates in environment of up to 40°C. With its exceptional thermal management, the platform is highly reliable. NDS2402 supports AC and DC redundant supplies for maximum flexibility. It can operate indefinitely with a single fan fail minimizing service. A simple eInk display panel with four button (including power and reset) allows basic functionality without any KVM connection.
